What happens on a properties last clean?
After a property is vacated, our team ensures a thorough cleaning, inspects for damages, collects linens, retrieves keys, deactivates listings, and coordinates payouts with the landlord.
Once the property has been vacated, our cleaning staff performs a final, thorough cleaning. As part of their process, they conduct a meticulous inspection to identify any damages or breakdowns. Following this, they provide a detailed report, allowing us to promptly initiate any necessary claims. Landlords are given a 14-day window to report additional damages, enabling us to manage and resolve these efficiently.
The cleaning team will also collect our linens and return all sets of keys originally provided by the client. Simultaneously, our marketing team will deactivate the property listings, and our accounting team will reach out to the landlord to arrange final payouts.
