How to arrange viewings for my property that's on the market for sale?

For properties listed for sale, agents should email support@smarthost.co.uk to arrange viewings, providing at least 48 hours' notice. Viewings are scheduled on available dates, with agents confirming occupancy on the day of the appointment.

Guest permission is secured beforehand; if unavailable, an alternative date is arranged, or the date is blocked for the viewing. A Calendly link is shared to display available time slots. Agents may also access the property during cleaning sessions, with prior coordination and confirmation of timing.

Additionally, the cleaning schedule is finalized and approved by 3 PM on the day before the guest's departure.
